• No advertising, behavioral analytics, or third-party tracking SDKs.

• The app communicates with Apple and RevenueCat only as needed to process, verify, and restore in-app purchases.

Photo Library Access

The app asks for add-only access to your photo library. This allows Magic Overlay Maker to save an exported video to your Camera Roll. The app cannot use this permission to read, browse, or access your existing photos and videos.

Your Photos, Videos, and Overlays

Photos, videos, audio, and other media you use to create an overlay are processed locally on your device. Magic Overlay Maker does not upload this media to our servers or to RevenueCat.

Exported overlays and videos are saved to your device or photo library as directed by you. Magic Spark Builders, LLC does not receive or store copies of them.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. Magic Overlay Maker uses RevenueCat to verify purchase status and restore purchases.

In connection with this service, RevenueCat may process purchase-related information such as purchase receipts, purchase history, entitlement status, an anonymous app-generated identifier, and limited technical information associated with the app or device. Magic Overlay Maker does not provide RevenueCat with your name, email address, photos, videos, or created overlays.

Apple and RevenueCat process information under their own privacy policies and terms.

Local Storage

A few preferences are stored locally on your device, including which editor you selected in the in-app guide, whether the preview is muted, and whether the “Made with Magic Overlay Maker” tab has been removed. This preference data is not sent to Magic Spark Builders, LLC.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Magic Overlay Maker does not use advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics SDKs, or third-party tracking technologies. We do not use your activity in the app to build advertising profiles or track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Children's Privacy

Magic Overlay Maker is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app does not require an account and does not collect or transmit users' photos, videos, or created overlays. Purchase-related information may be processed by Apple and RevenueCat as described above.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we do, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
